David was a project officer with the MNC Regional Development Board and spent many years involved in economic development and small business advice. He managed the Great Lakes Manning Gloucester Business Enterprise Centre and was a founding director of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area BEC and the Leeton Development Corporation.
