Tony Marshall - Chair

Tony was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2001 and has subsequently completed a masters law degree in commercial law, environmental planning/local government and business taxation. Tony is currently enrolled in a master of business administration degree.

Although Tony has been practicing as a corporate/commercial lawyer on the mid-north coast of New South Wales for the past six years and has a good understanding of the realities of practicing in regional areas, he trained and worked as a lawyer in Sydney at one of Australia's most successful national top tier law firms providing Tony with the requisite skills, experience and professionalism to run and manage large and complex commercial matters.

Tony is focussed on continuing to develop a strong practice in the area of corporate and commercial law including corporate governance and structuring, business law and taxation, local government, environment and planning, hospitality and tourism, property law and intellectual property law.

In completing a master of business administration degree, Tony will be one of only a few lawyers in New South Wales to have a combined qualification in master of laws and business administration which will enable Tony to better understand his clients' day to day business structure and operation when considering their legal requirements.

While Tony remains passionate in his desire to provide professional and expert legal services to those who live and operate their businesses in and around the mid-north coast of New South Wales, Tony is also keen to provide such services to those living and operating their business in metropolitan areas as a real and cost effective alternative.
